Faults and Fault Resolutions
Two things.
1) Hub01, services and romans were all down intermittently last night due to server faults. The memory in the server has been replaced and the problem seems to have been resolved.
2) We are testing a homegrown fault resolution system. The core of this is Supportive, the new bot in #Help. Supportive will handle various support requests, just join #Help and check out !help. As Supportive continues to develop it will handle memoserv notifications as well as alerting staff via email (and potentially SMS) with regard to high-priority issues, and the system will also grow to auto-detect network faults and the opening of tickets and alerting of staff regarding these issues.
