Our network staff are currently reviewing a proposal to allow children to chat, after parental permission is received.
The initial draft proposal was written on the 18th of August, and has been viewed by most staff members. The draft is still open for adjustments, and a lot more work will be required both within the network [...]

Yesterday, some staff discussed new ways in which the network can move forward, and last night some of these were acheived already.
The completed changes are as follows:
